Over the weekend, Elsie started experimenting with different margarita flavors. I had the pleasure of trying out this cucumber margarita and it was so delicious! The addition of cucumber juice made this cocktail super refreshing without being overly sweet.
Cucumber Margarita, makes one serving
1 shot (1.5 to 2 oz.) tequila
1 shot (1.5 to 2 oz.) triple sec
juice from one lime
juice from 1-2 cucumbers
honey and pink sea salt for garnishCoat the rim of a small to medium size glass with honey then dip in sea salt. Fill the glass 2/3 full with ice. Pour in the shots, lime juice and top off with cucumber juice. Give the drink a stir and garnish with a lime slice.
If you want to sweeten your margarita try adding a little sour mix or simple syrup. Enjoy! xo. Emma + Elsie
