For the skewers you will need: cherry tomatoes, fresh mozzarella balls, a couple of ripe peaches and fresh basil. On a tooth pick or skewer layer the tomatoes, mozzarella, basil leaves (stems removed) and sliced peaches.
To make balsamic vinegar reduction all you need is twice as much balsamic vinegar as you need dipping sauce. In a small pot bring the balsamic vinegar to a boil. Reduce to a simmer and allow to cook until reduced, about 12 minutes. Allow to cool and serve along side the skewers for a flavorful sauce option.
