Hi friends! Today I want to share a super cute gift idea that literally only takes ten minutes to create. 10 minutes!!! The end result is adorable and doesn't even look homemade.
Supplies needed: Stainless steel flask (I bought mine on Amazon), patterned oil cloth (Buy the smallest yardage you can as you'll only need a small piece. I found a great selection of patterns here.), multi-surface glue (anything that can adhere to metal will work), and scissors.
All you have to do is cut a rectangle of oil cloth to a size that fits around the flask, covering most of the height of the bottle. It's good for the oil cloth to overlap an inch or so on the back so it's extra secure.
My only problem with this project is figuring out which flask I want to keep and which ones I want to gift to friends. :)
Flasks are great for basically any situation where you want to have the option to add a little whiskey or rum to your coke, but alcohol is not served. Hello movie theaters! Especially if my husband is dragging me to a horror movie, this flask will most certainly help to get me through it. Basically, a flask makes any hour a happy hour!
You'll just want to make sure you have a tiny funnel on hand to pour liquids into the flasks (makes it SO much easier).
Gift ideas: This would be an adorable gift for a bachelorette party, birthday, a hostess gift, and stocking stuffer. You could even make a coordinating set for a new couple! I love that it's so easy to customize them for different personalities and styles.
Happy crafting + happy Presidents' Day! xo. Elsie

Great Idea and perfect gift!
Over the years, I’ve always tried to make sure that my gifts are unique. While i was searching the web for personalized gift boxes I came across Unique Custom Products in Colorado. They personalize just about anything! For my dad’s birthday, I got him a custom made wooden box so that he could store all his valuable baseball cards. I even engraved his name on it and a picture of us from when i was little! I was able to get it done on short notice before his birthday at a really good price. Check them out at www.custom-woodenboxes.com
This is a great idea and a wonderful way to give an amazing custom gift that doesn’t cost a ton of money. There are a lot of ways to customize regular day items to dazzling pieces of art. I love this blog and hope my Rhinestone website can be used in one of these great projects.
Great idea!! Loving this! 🙂

Will definitely be having a go for presents!

there is no alcohol sold in movie theaters in the us? that’s the saddest thing i’ve ever heard.
I’ve hot glued some of my air plants to different objects for display( sea shell, drift wood, toys, etc)
I kind of wish I made my own now rather than buying some. x
