Hi, friends! Lately, I have been working on adding more variety to my hair routine. I typically wear my go-to style, but I have been trying to mix it up a bit by adding braids and playing around with different variations.
Here’s a quick style that I love wearing that is super simple to style myself in just a few minutes before rushing out the door!
Step One: Tease the top using a teasing brush. Tease 2-3 layers of hair just an inch or two from your scalp to add volume, but not create a full-on nest.
Step Two: Add braids starting from the front, near the bangs or front, center part.
Step Three: Pull braids out piece by piece, so they look fuller.
Step Four: Pin braids in the back.
Step Five: Keep adding more small and large braids to create a messy, boho look.
Step Six: If you want, add a few more braids to the bottom of your hair.
I am having so much fun playing with different looks. If you try this one, tag us on Instagram so we can see and check out this post for all our favorite hair tutorials! xx -Elsie

This is so cute! I think I’ll try this for my wedding rehearsal. Your hair color looks amazing, by the way!
Great styling. Love your ginger hair.

Such a cute boho hairstyle! Last summer I always did a hairstyle similar to this. It’s just so easy but also looking really great and you don’t have all the hair in your face.

Fun! I will be trying this. My go to style lately is to pull back hair into barrettes and this do seems to be just the thing to freshen my hair look up a bit.
