I recently picked up a juicer and have been completely obsessed with trying different fruit and vegetable combinations! Here are a few I love…. 1. Beet + Apple + Mint 2. Green Apple + Spinich + Kale 3. Pineapple + Cucumber 4. Carrot + Apple + Ginger 5. Blood Orange + Grapefruit + Tangerine 6. Apple + Collard Greens + Cucumber. Yum! I’m addicted. Also, for those curious, I use this Breville Juicer. xoxo. Elsie

  • although it says its a ‘whole fruit juicer’ still peel and quarter the fruits/veg as the skins taint the flavour. I just juiced 6 bags of oranges whole fruit including skins and i threw the lot away as it tasted disgusting! :/ ile try again soon…loving carrot juice 🙂

  • I make my own juice too. I try a lot of combinations of different fruits and sometime I have bad surprises, but mostly taste is good !

  • I am fructose intolerant so there are quite a few fruits i cant eat – including apples- and i just got a juicer and am coming up with some great combo’s so dont let not being able to eat apples scare you off 🙂 its great!!

  • I bought a juicer last year – although the cleanup is a bit of a pain, it is definitely worth it! The ginger adds an awesome kick (& health benefits!)

  • I’ve been getting a lot of juice from a local coffee place lately- I would suggest that if you like ginger to throw a little in. My favorite they serve is apple+orange+ginger. It’s so good!

  • I LOVE juicers!! I first fell in love with them after seeing the documentary Fat, Sick, and Nearly Dead – which I highly recommend. Just wonderful and inspiring.

    The best juice I’ve tried so far is similar to one you posted, but it’s apple-orange-carrot-ginger. It’s absolutely divine…you should give it a try! 🙂

    have you tried apple,orange, carrot and celery?
    carrot and celery juice usually tastes really great together! 🙂
    apparently, beetroot juice is also very refreshing if you mix it with a veg or fruit or both 🙂

  • I want a juicer but it’s not in the budget right now. So instead I’ve been using my blender and some nylon material to make juice. I’d still like a juicer someday, but for now this will have to do!

  • Ugh! I know those are healthy but juiced vegetables = yuck for me! You make them look so pretty, though! I could probably learn to love veggie juice if I made it a priority.

  • mmmm! In 2010 I lived and worked at a holistic learning center in upstate new york. They hada juicer for the staff and it became my daily ritual. Oh how I miss fresh juice! Your combos sond great!
