A Bachelorette Party Piñata!

Bachelorette Party Pinata! We've been prepping decorations for Emma's bachelorette party later this week. Emma thought it would be fun to have a piñata filled with tiny little liquor bottles. "Um Yea!" we all said. 🙂 So we made it happen and it was super easy… and it's hot pink! Seriously, there's nothing like "wedding week" to make us appreciate that rare project that was way quicker than we thought it would be. haha!

So, we bought a regular (colorful) donkey piñata at Target, spray painted it (inspired by Studio DIY & her amazing gold piñata!) hot pink, then filled it with teeny tiny (all plastic) liquor bottles, candy and confetti! I'm excited to tie it up in the tree and bust it open later this week. It's gonna be so much fun.

Hope you are having a great day! Elsie

  • We did this at my bachelorette party, plus panties and dark chocolate! It was awesome and hilarious!

  • BEST IDEA EVER? I think so. Sign me up! I totally pinned this to my FESTIVE board on Pinterest. Hopefully one day, shooting for my birthday in September, I can stuff a pinata full of adult minis and go to town?! I am totally telling my husband about this idea.

  • What a great idea for a bachelorette party! I’m definitely going to keep this one in mind. ;] Thanks!

  • We just had our co-ed wedding shower in May, and the thought of having a pinata crossed my mind. But it wouldn’t have fit with our carnival theme. 🙂 Yours is way better than what I had in mind.

  • This is such an awesome idea! Definitely keeping this in mind for my next birthday party!!

I can see making a drinking game out of the pinata breaking itself… maybe a drink for every missed swing? Might end up taking a really long time before it actually got broken into though 😉

    Thanks for the inspiration!

  • Industrial farm table yes please!!!!!!! seeing as i have no room for that right now this coffee table will do just fine!

  • So so awesome! This would be great for an 18th her in Australia too (or a 21st over there!). It’s such an awesome colour, too!

  • I made a pinata for my friends bachelorette party a few years ago. But for her’s I made a giant paper machete penis and filled it with lube, condoms, pregnancy tests, more condoms, blow pops, faux diamond rings, more condoms and other raunchy essentials. We didn’t have a stick or a string so we put on the floor and made her grind it to break it.

    It was so much fun.

  • this is such a beautifil idea, love it!!! xx

  • Love this! Last year on the 4th of July we had a burn ban becuase it was so dry (no rain) so we did a pinata for the kids – since we couldn’t do fireworks. No teeny tiny bottles of booze though! Maybe for my grown-up birthday party?

  • I did a pinata for my best friends bachelorette! We filled it with mini liquor bottle and some cute underthings!

  • I love this idea! Just cautioning though, when we did the same thing there were mini broken bottles everywhere!

  • This is such a fun idea! We had a pink pinata for our Girl’s night fiesta party. I wish I would have thought to put these mini bottles inside.
