This year, Nova and I did a Beetlejuice costume together. She, of course, is still a bit young for the movie, so she thought she was a character from Coco (her current favorite movie) and I was like, OK, well, kind of! We actually had stuff for Goldie to be “Miss Argentina” from Beetlejuice, but she wasn’t into wearing a wig (at all!) this year and it wasn’t worth violating my boundary of only doing pics with the kiddos when it’s fun for them. Maybe next year! 🙂

So fun! Glad that you have that boundary for photos and even more glad you are publicizing it. I think that is so important for all of us parents to keep in mind, that we don’t force things on our kids and listen to their feedback. Especially for a influencer like you. I love your attitude of “maybe next year”. Great job!!! I will try to keep this in the back of my head too, a great perspective. I sometimes put too much pressure on things like that (or crafts that “should” look a certain way) so this is great inspiration to me. Yes, let’s keep it fun for everyone!
