We grilled a pre-made extra thin pizza crust on our outdoor grill for about 5 minutes… just long enough to toast it! Be sure to flip it halfway through. Grilling pizza crusts is something we're new to, but we've already learned that you need to really watch it because they can burn easily. After toasting the crust on the grill, cover it with cream cheese, lox and anything else you would enjoy on your bagels and lox (capers, onions, avocado, sea salt, tomatoes)! It's that easy! We made this for an afternoon snack and everyone in our office loved it.
