There is no denying that tropical drinks are pure fun. There is a time and place for them, where no other drink can compare. Beachy vacations, poolside cocktails, restaurants with weird/confusing menus and, of course, bad days in the middle of winter when you need a dose of summertime—in liquid form.
Pomegranate Rum Punch, serves one
6 ounces pineapple juice
2 ounces white rum
2 dashes Elumakule bitters
Juice of half a lime
4 mint leaves, broken
2 ounces pomegranate juice
1/2 tablespoon cream of coconut
2 ounces white rum
2 dashes Elumakule bitters
Juice of half a lime
4 mint leaves, broken
2 ounces pomegranate juice
1/2 tablespoon cream of coconut
Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and serve in a collins glass with ice. Garnish with a pineapple slice and mint leaves. Enjoy!

When I was working on some boozy juice recipes one girls' night a few months ago and this was our absolute favorite. The pomegranate juice gives it this pretty plum color, but the flavor is more like a piña colada or a mai tai. If you like tropical juices I promise you'll like this one.
Cheers! xx. Elsie

That one is adorable, and there are a lot of similar versions available online! Or you can DIY something similar: http://www.instructables.com/id/5-Minute-5-Cocktail-Shaker/

Those glasses are supercool, but I am not sure West elm ships to Italy…sob
This looks so divine!
Looks great, sunshine in a glass certainly is needed, this time of year.
I love the straws, where did you find them? Also where did the shaker top for the mason jar come from? Great post!
Delish, I can’t wait to try this. We live in Hawaii, so we are always looking for fruitful fun drinks without the cost of the tourist part of town. Our favorite bar is our own lanai:)

Love the mason jar cocktail shaker! Where is it from?
This drink looks right up my street… I will have to scour and see if I can find a ripe pineapple over here in grey England, or just wait until summer 😉 ! Have a lovely weekend.
