Pumpkin spice smoothie, makes one.
Needed: 1 banana, 3/4 cup vanilla yogurt, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree, 1/4 cup oats, one tablespoon honey, a pinch of cinnamon and ground ginger.
Blend all ingredients together until smooth. If needed, add a few tablespoons milk or water. You can add or leave out the honey to adjust the sweetness level to your liking.But wait, there's more. What about some pumpkin spice cream cheese? Yes, please. This is as easy as creaming together 1 package of softened cream cheese, 1/2 cup pumpkin puree and a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg.
