Raspberry + Coconut Smoothie RecipeThis is the last smoothie in my mini smoothie series. It's been fun sharing some of my favorite recipes with you.Raspberry Smoothie ListNeeded: Unsweetened coconut flakes, greek yogurt, coconut water (frozen in ice cubes), fresh raspberries, 1/2 frozen banana. Optional: Truvia.Raspberries + Coconut FlakesDirections: For the coconut layer blend 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut flakes, 1/4 cup greek yogurt, 6 oconut water cubes. Add to glass and rinse blender. Next, blend 1 cup raspberries (frozen if possible), 1/2 a frozen banana and 1/4 cup greek yogurt. This layer will be very tart. If you prefer a sweeter taste add 1 teaspoon Truvia before blending.   • May I ask what you would suggest as a replacement for the coconut water? While I like coconut, I really don’t like coconut water. Weird, I know.

  • Hi! I’m don’t do so much smoothies I’m going to be honest, because the good ones like these one, have a high fraction of fat. But once in a while, I do some. And this is on my to do list. I love Greek Yogurt and any kind of berry 🙂

  • This looks delicious. I started a green smoothie challenge this morning (thanks for the inspiration Elsie). I used baby spinach leaves, granny smith apple, half a banana and coconut water. It was pretty delicious. I think I’m going to make this one on Friday though – as a treat 🙂
