Smashed Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail

Smashed Raspberry Lemonade CocktailDo you love raspberry lemonade as much as I do? This next cocktail is so sweet, tart and sparkling! It's perfect for a party too. Here's how it's made:Smashed Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail (Ingredients)Smashed Raspberry Lemonade Cocktail, Serves One

2 ounces Triple Sec
2 ounces Limoncello
1 handful of raspberries
juice of two lemons
club soda
raw sugarMuddled raspberries 1Muddled raspberries 1To muddle your fruit, add a handful of fresh raspberries and a sprinkle of raw sugar to the bottom of a glass. Use a muddler (a wooden spoon will work too!) to smash your fruit until it has the appearance of jam.

Add the Triple Sec, Limoncello and lemon juice to your glass. Add ice. Top if off with club soda. Give it a quick stir and enjoy! I garnished mine with fresh raspberries and lemon slices!Smashed Raspberry Lemonade… Happy Hour Style!Smashed Raspberry Lemonade… Happy Hour Style!Smashed Raspberry Lemonade… Happy Hour Style! If you prefer a non-alcoholic version try adding the smashed rasberry step to a regular glass of lemonade. It will be instantly prettier and add a lot of flavor. :)

I hope you are having the best week ever! xo. Elsie

  • I’m sorry Elsie, but I don’t know how else to get a hold of you…I’ve realized that I’ve taken your e-course tips too far because they are awesome… and some would say I’ve completely copied your site. I really thought it was different and unique, but I guess I just love your layout too much:-) I just want to apologize and let you know I’m working on a new design. I’m sorry if you have noticed this and it has bothered you. Most likely you will have no idea what I am even talking about. I know you are super busy, but just wanted to say sorry. Hope you have a great day. I’ve got to learn how to stay super positive and not listen to the negative voices but this is something that started to bother me. sorry again…PS this drink looks amazing 🙂
