Doughnut PlantDoughnut PlantDoughnut PlantDoughnut Plant… did we order too many? This morning we visited Doughnut Plant which we heard about via Saveur Magazine & our pal Naomi's instagram. 🙂 It was only a short walk from our hotel. There were too many amazing flavors, so we ordered a bunch to sample and share. My favorites were the coconut and rose flavors, Emma liked Pistachio, Trey was into the Peanut Butter and Jam flavor, and Jeremy loved the Crème Brûlée.Doughnut Plant (so good!)Doughnut Plant (so good!)We've really enjoyed this trip to NYC. • Doughnuts!
Everytime I get to go to a bigger city I try to find a place with good doughnuts. Here I can just get them at McDonalds (eeem, no) and I prefer to find cute small cafeterias where to sit and just watch the movement of the city.
btw, I never tried to cook them by my own… I shall start checking for your recipes!

  • I was just in New York over the weekend too! Where is that doughnut shop located?

  • Glad you got to visit Doughnut Plant! Sometimes it’s great to live in NYC.

  • Mmm, you’re making me drool this morning!

If ever you swing my Montreal, stop by Chez Boris. It doesn’t look like much, but they make the yummiest Russian doughnuts and to stave-off some of the guilt, it’s all organic!

  • I LOVE doughnuts, and these look simply amazing! I will be sure to remember this on my next trip to NYC.

  • I am beyond happy that I got to meet you last night at the Sucre show! By far the highlight of my evening! You are just as sweet in person as you seem online! And your husband is one talented man!!! (On the keyboard and drums at the same time?! That takes some skill and it was an honor to have seen him and the rest of Sucre live!!). You inspire me daily and you are the reason I decided to start blogging! So glad you enjoyed your stay here on the east coast 😉 xoxoxo

  • What a great blog, I am just discovering.
This weekend I cleaned house, made soup, meditated, entertained my kids and their friends, did some artwork, and we hosted a listening party.

  • I got to meet you guys this weekend! My fiancé and I went to the Sucre show and I had the pleasure of getting to chat with you guys a little bit! It was really cool getting to actually talk with you both in person… I know it sounds funny, since this was the first time we ever met, but I feel like you’re both old friends! I’m sure you get that a lot with the type of business you’re in… But I just wanted to say how really great it was to see you guys! You are both so inspiring to me and you were just as friendly and sweet in person as you are online!
