- 3 sweet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar brown
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon sea salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
Peel and rinse off the potatoes. Then, cut into bite-sized cubes.
Place on a baking sheet in one layer. If they don’t fit, use a second baking sheet.
Drizzle the oil over the top.
Sprinkle on the seasonings and sugar.
Toss so everything gets well coated.
Roast at 425°F for 30 minutes. Halfway through, flip the sweet potato pieces.
- You can use other baking oils, like coconut oil or even butter if you prefer.
- Herbs that go well with sweet potatoes include: rosemary, cilantro, parsley, and thyme.
