Prepare the green beans by trimming off the ends and any stems that may still be attached.
Place on a baking sheet in one layer.
Drizzle in the olive oil and toss so all pieces get coated.
Sprinkle the sea salt over the top.
Roast at 425°F for 15-18 minutes.
Squeeze lemon juice over the roasted green beans just before serving.
Notes
When trimming off the ends, you can snap them off by hand, but to make this work faster I will line up a bunch at once and simply cut off the ends with a sharp knife.
