In a blender, combine the milk, frozen yogurt, banana and vanilla extract.
Blend and pulse until completely smooth.
Garnish with a drizzle of honey and a slice of banana.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Freeze sliced bananas in airtight containers for future smoothie recipes. Bananas are my most used smoothie ingredient. A good habit is to always freeze bananas that are beginning to get overripe in your kitchen.
Add a scoop of peanut butter if you like.
A sprinkle of cinnamon is a great addition to a banana smoothie.
