In a sauce pan, combine equal parts honey and water.
Simmer on low to medium heat until fully combined.
Allow to cool completely and transfer to a glass bottle. Store in the refrigerator.

Collect reusable bottles for your homemade simple syrups. These are the bottles I used in these photos. I also like these bottles.
If you make multiple flavors of syrup, adding labels is a good idea.
You can infuse many fresh and dried herbs, fruits and flavors into your syrup. Have fun experimenting with different flavors.
Honey syrup should be kept in a sealed container in the fridge. It will last for a minimum of one month. I often keep mine for a few months before making a new batch.
