Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons seasoning salt Lawry's
  • pepper

Instructions

  • Brush the outside of the chicken breasts with oil. Brush the inside of the air fryer baskets as well—this will help the chicken not to stick while it cooks.
  • Sprinkle the seasoning salt and pepper (and any other seasonings you wish to use) over the chicken.
  • Place the chicken breasts in the fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they do not overlap. This allows the hot air to circulate around the chicken evenly.
  • Cook the chicken breasts in the air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for approximately 10-15 minutes, flipping them halfway through the cooking process.
  • Once cooked, remove the chicken breasts from the air fryer and let them rest for 5 minutes to retain their juiciness. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

  • The exact time may vary depending on the thickness of the chicken breasts. To ensure they are cooked thoroughly, use a meat thermometer to check the internal temperature which should reach 165°F (75°C).
