Equipment

  • 1 Air Fryer

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs

Instructions

  • Gently place the eggs in a single layer at the bottom of the air fryer basket.
  • Set the air fryer to 300°F (150°C). Cook the eggs for 12-14 minutes.
  • Once the cooking time is up, immediately transfer the eggs to an ice water bath to stop the cooking process. Fill a bowl with cold water and ice cubes. Let the eggs sit in the ice water for at least 5 minutes.
This step not only helps to cool the eggs but also aids in easy peeling.
  • Gently tap each egg on a hard surface to crack the shell, then roll it between your hands to loosen the shell.
Start peeling from the larger end of the egg where the air pocket is, as it will make peeling easier.
  • Rinse the peeled eggs under cold water to remove any remaining shell fragments.

Notes

  • The cooking time may vary depending on the size of your eggs and how done or soft you want the centers to be.
