Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 shot glass

Ingredients

  • ½ ounce Jameson Irish Whiskey
  • ½ ounce peach schnapps
  • ½ ounce sour mix
  • 1 splash lemon-lime soda

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker, combine the Irish whiskey, peach schnapps and sour mix with ice. I recommend doubling or tripling your recipe to make all the shots you need in one shaker.
  • Next, give it a good shake for about 10 seconds.
  • Pour into your shot glasses until each glass is about 3/4 full.
  • Top each shot off with a bit of lemon-lime soda. Serve with limes and enjoy!

Notes

  • Homemade sour mix is more delicious and so worth the effort if you want to make your own. It will give your shots more fresh citrus flavor.
  • If you don’t have Irish whiskey on hand, you can substitute for any kind of whiskey you do have without much consequence to the flavor of your shots.
  • The flavor of whiskey does not come through much in this recipe, but still if you don’t enjoy whiskey you can substitute it for vodka and this recipe will become the White Tea Shot instead.
