Pumpkin Smoothie

  • 1 High speed blender

Ingredients

  • ½ cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup frozen banana
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine milk, pumpkin puree, honey, yogurt, frozen banana, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
  • Blend well until completely smooth.
  • Pour into one large or two small glasses.
  • Add whipped cream to the top and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice for garnish. Enjoy!

Notes

  • You can use pumpkin spice and cinnamon interchangeably for this recipe if you only have one at home.
  • Mason jars (with handles) are my current favorite smoothie and drink glasses. I use them all the time. You can see them here in my cherry limeade recipe.
  • Use your leftover pumpkin puree to make our PSL syrup recipe.
