Pumpkin Smoothie
Calories 252kcal
- ½ cup pumpkin puree
- 1 cup frozen banana
- ½ tablespoon honey
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon
In a blender, combine milk, pumpkin puree, honey, yogurt, frozen banana, vanilla extract and ground cinnamon.
Blend well until completely smooth.
Pour into one large or two small glasses.
Add whipped cream to the top and a sprinkle of pumpkin spice for garnish. Enjoy!
- You can use pumpkin spice and cinnamon interchangeably for this recipe if you only have one at home.
- Mason jars (with handles) are my current favorite smoothie and drink glasses. I use them all the time. You can see them here in my cherry limeade recipe.
