Begin by rimming your glass with a cinnamon sugar mixture. I used a tiny bit of water around the outer edge of the glass and then dipped it into the cinnamon sugar mixture for a frosted edge.
In a cocktail shaker, mix Fireball and RumChata with a handful of ice and shake for 15 seconds.
Pour into the shot glass and enjoy immediately!
Notes
If you’d prefer to sip this drink rather than shoot it, simply pour it into a rocks glass with ice or double the recipe and serve it in a martini glass. The world is yours!
You can absolutely add whipped cream to the top of this shot if desired.
If you want to use a garnish of 1-2 pieces of cereal, I would definitely use the whipped cream to both hold it on and make it a nicer presentation (personally, I don’t think it needs a cereal garnish, but if you love it I support you).
