Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce Light Rum
  • 1 ounce Navy-Strength Rum
  • 1 ounce Banana Liqueur
  • ½ ounce Blackberry Liqueur
  • 2 ounces Pineapple Juice
  • 1 ounce Lime Juice Fresh
  • ½ ounce Grenadine

Instructions

  • Begin with a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Add both rums, banana liqueur, blackberry liqueur, pineapple juice, lime juice and grenadine to the cocktail shaker.
  • Shake for 10-15 seconds.
  • Pour the drink into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  • Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a maraschino cherry if you like. Enjoy!

Notes

  • This drink has a lot of special ingredients, so substituting one or even two is fine if you need to. We recommend keeping the base of the two rums and more than one fruity liquor to balance the fruit juices.
  • Almost any fruit makes a good garnish for this drink, but the best options are pineapple, blackberries or maraschino cherries.
  • I used my favorite crystal rocks glasses to serve this drink. These glasses are useful for dozens of different cocktail recipes.
