Melt the chocolate. The easiest way to do this is in the microwave. Simply place the chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl, microwave on high for 30 seconds, remove and give it stir. Repeat until the chocolate is melted. If you find that your chocolate is too thick and therefore difficult to work stir 1-2 teaspoons of oil into the chocolate (vegetable, canola or peanut oil work well since they don't have a strong flavor).
