Broccoli Slaw

  • 1 bag 10 ounces pre-cut broccoli slaw veggies
  • 2/3 cup sliced almonds
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon poppyseeds optional but pretty
  • salt and pepper


  1. In a small bowl, combine the mayo, vinegar, mustard, honey, and poppyseeds if using. Whisk well to combine. Taste and add any salt and pepper you like.

  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli slaw veggies and almonds. Drizzle the dressing over the vegetables and toss so everything gets coated.
