For this easy cocktail, simply mix your chilled ginger beer, chilled pear juice, and rum together in a glass and stir gently to combine. I like this drink chilled but not super cold, but you can also mix and shake these ingredients in a martini shaker with ice if you want it really cold.
Cut some pear for your garnish and then add a splash of sparkling water to your drink to cut the spice and ginger taste a bit and add some bubbles.
Add in your pear and herb garnish and you’re ready to serve!
