- 2 baking potatoes
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon rosemary chopped
- salt and pepper
Peel and cube the potatoes. Toss in the olive oil and season with a little salt and pepper.
Air fry at 356°F for 8 minutes. Then (carefully) remove the basket and toss so the potato pieces get rotated. Air fry another 4 minutes.
Chop the rosemary then sprinkle over the potatoes. Fry another 2 minutes. Season with a little more salt and pepper (if needed) before serving.
