Crispy Air Fried Chickpeas

Ingredients

  • 15 ounces chickpeas one can
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon seasoning salt
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne
  • 1-2 tablespoons chopped rosemary or thyme optional

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse the can of chickpeas. You don't need to completely dry them after.
  • Toss in the oil.
  • Toss in the seasoning salt, garlic powder, and cayenne.
  • Air fry at 390°F for 16-18 minutes. Pausing and tossing every 5 minutes or so.
  • Sprinkle on the fresh herbs, if using, in the last 5 minutes of cooking.

Notes

You can omit the oil and these will still turn out delicious but not quite as crispy.
