Bake at 400°F for 5-8 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk together the quiche filling ingredients. Then add the meatballs to the quiche pans and pour the filling over them. Continue to bake for another 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool for about 10 minutes before slicing into the quiches.
This recipe will make two standard size quiches (in a spring-form pan, like you use for a cheesecake, or a removable bottom quiche pan).
