Yum Sauce

  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 2 teaspoons ketchup
  • 2 teaspoons rice vinegar or white vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha
  • 2 teaspoons granulated white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1-2 tablespoons water


  1. In a mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients except water. Stir to combine. Taste and if needed add more hot sauce or salt and pepper—whatever you think it needs. Then thin to your desired consistency with water.

  2. Store in a container with a lid in a refrigerator when not using.
