Watermelon Smoothie

An easy recipe for a watermelon smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups watermelon cubes fresh or frozen
  • cups strawberries frozen
  • ½ cup yogurt vanilla
  • ½ cup milk almond milk or other
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 2 mint leaves as garnish

Instructions

  • In a blender (I have been using this affordable Ninja blender), combine watermelon cubes, frozen strawberries, vanilla yogurt, honey and almond milk.
  • Blend and pulse until the smoothie is completely smooth.
  • Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

  • Add a pinch of salt and lime to enhance the flavors.
  • Frozen watermelon cubes will result in a thicker smoothie.
  • Garnish with watermelon slices. Don’t you love a beverage that comes with a little snack?
