Watermelon Smoothie
An easy recipe for a watermelon smoothie.

- 2 cups watermelon cubes fresh or frozen
- 1½ cups strawberries frozen
- ½ cup yogurt vanilla
- ½ cup milk almond milk or other
- ½ tablespoon honey
- 2 mint leaves as garnish
In a blender (I have been using this affordable Ninja blender), combine watermelon cubes, frozen strawberries, vanilla yogurt, honey and almond milk. Blend and pulse until the smoothie is completely smooth.
Garnish with fresh mint leaves.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
- Add a pinch of salt and lime to enhance the flavors.
- Frozen watermelon cubes will result in a thicker smoothie.
