Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup banana sliced and frozen
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ tablespoon honey

Instructions

  • Combine the frozen banana, milk, peanut butter, Greek yogurt and honey.
  • Blend until smooth. Pour into glass.
  • Blend until smooth. Pour into glass.

Notes

  • If you want to reduce the calories in your smoothie, use PB2 instead of peanut butter. It’s really good—I use it often in smoothies and chocolate desserts.
  • If you don’t like the flavor of Greek yogurt, substitute for vanilla yogurt.
  • Top with peanut butter chips for an even more perfect smoothie than mine—augh!
