Felt Ice Cream Sundae Toy (A No-Sew DIY!)
An easy felt food toy to make for kids
Ingredients
- 4.5 cm wool felt balls for the ice cream I did the clay, whisper, and pear colors to add to pink ones I already had
- 1 cm wool felt balls for the cherries I did the tractor color
- white felt for whipped cream
- brown ric rac ribbon for chocolate sauce
- bits of assorted colors of felt for sprinkles

- ice cream bowls like these
- printable sticker paper here are the flavor labels I used on a 4 x 6 sticker paper
Instructions
- To make the sprinkles, just cut strips of felt 1/4″ wide and cut into little strips to make sprinkles! I put them in an old sprinkle jar and you can shake them out just like real ones!
- You can use ric rac ribbon for chocolate sauce (or a tan color for caramel sauce) and little red felt balls for cherries, and you can follow this tutorial for a no-sew whipped cream (or this one if you can handle super easy sewing).
- I love those little ice cream containers to keep the different flavors in and printing out the little flavor labels adds a touch of authenticity to it as well (if you don’t have sticker paper you can print them on regular paper and glue or tape them on the containers as well).
