Prepare the head of cauliflower by cutting off the bottom stem with any leaves that remain.
Then, cut into bite-size florets.
In a small bowl, toss the cauliflower in the oil, spices, salt and pepper.
Air fry at 390°F for 15 minutes.
Halfway through the time (7 or 8 minutes is fine), pause the air fryer and give the basket a good toss so the cauliflower pieces get tossed around.
Serve warm.
Notes
It’s best not to overcrowd the air fryer pan if possible. One medium to small head of cauliflower should fit in most air fryer baskets just fine. I have an air fryer with two baskets so I can air fry two heads of cauliflower at once.
If cayenne just isn’t your thing or you want to make this less spicy (heat), you can swap it for paprika or another spice you prefer.
Toss a little grated Parmesan cheese over this just as it comes out of the air fryer and is still hot. It’s so good!
