Equipment

  • 1 shot glass

Ingredients

  • ¾ ounce Irish Cream Liqueur
  • ¼ ounce Lime Juice

Instructions

  • In a shot glass, pour one part chilled Irish cream liqueur.
  • Next, pour an equal part lime juice. An interesting chemical reaction will take place—you can see the curdle happen almost instantly. If you want a quicker reaction, you can give it a gentle stir.
  • Serve immediately. It gets thicker by the minute.

Notes

  • Serve with a delicious chaser. This drink has my vote for "worst shot recipe ever created" and many people online claim it's the most disgusting thing they have ever tasted. The novelty may wear off fast, so have other tastier options available.
  • You can substitute Bailey's for any other Irish cream liqueur. You can substitute lime juice for lemon juice if needed. The effect will be the same.
