Ingredients

  • 2 ounces gin
  • 1 ounce lemon juice
  • ¾ ounce simple syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 2 ounces club soda

Instructions

  • Pour the gin, lemon juice, simple syrup, and egg white into a cocktail shaker with no ice.
  • Dry shake the ingredients for 15-30 seconds until the egg white gets foamy and frothy.
  • Add ice to the shaker and shake again until cold.
  • Pour into a glass and top with club soda.
