Cut the hot dogs into two bite-size pieces. I used little smokies here, so I cut them in half. If you are using standard size hot dogs, you may want to cut them into thirds.
Roll out the dough and cut each crescent triangle into two.
Roll the sausage up in the dough.
Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops of the dough with a little melted butter. If using any seasoning for the tops, sprinkle it on now.
Bake at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until the crusts are golden brown.
