Ingredients

  • 5 cups oyster crackers
  • 1 ounce ranch dressing mix (one packet)
  • ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon parsley
  • ½ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • Begin by preheating your oven to 250°F.
  • Next, place the oyster crackers in a large bowl. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a glass or small mixing bowl. Whisk until fully combined.
  • Pour the wet mixture over the crackers. Mix gently until all crackers are coated.
  • Transfer the crackers onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Pop them into the oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until you begin to see a golden brown color.

Notes

  • You can make this recipe with other types of snack crackers such as Cheez-Its, Triskets, Wheat Thins or Goldfish. If you love ranch flavor, you can add it to any type of crackers!
  • If you want a little extra spicy kick, you can add some red pepper flakes.
  • This recipe works great with oil or melted butter. Use whichever you prefer.
