Equipment

  • 1 cocktail shaker
  • 1 shot glass

Ingredients

  • 1 ounce whiskey
  • 1 ounce peach schnapps
  • ½ ounce sour mix
  • ½ ounce triple sec

Instructions

  • In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in whiskey, peach schnapps, sour mix and triple sec.
  • Shake for 10-15 seconds or until well chilled.
  • Strain and pour into a shot glass. Garnish with a small wedge or slice of lime.

Notes

  • Crown Royal Canadian Whiskey seems to be a popular choice for this recipe. I used Jack Daniels. A Jameson Whiskey variation would be delicious to try as well.
  • Variations to Try - Add a half ounce of pineapple juice for a fruity variation, add lemon-lime soda to the top for a fizzy variation or try this recipe with a different flavored schnapps for a flavored variation.
  • Add a sugared rim or a frosted glass (freeze your shot glass for 1 hour before using) for a fancy elevated variation.
