Thai Tea with Boba

Ice thai recipe There are many different versions of Thai tea. Typically it's made with ceylon or black tea and flavored with star anise or tamarind. And almost always it's topped with sweetened condensed milk. These are flavors that I probably would never have thought to pair together. But it's awesome!Ice thai recipe And there are lots and lots of places that will serve iced thai tea with boba. Boba is totally easy to make at home, you can read our tips hereIce thai recipe Thai Ice Tea (the EASY version)

  • Looks beautiful and delicious! I love Thai Tea with Boba, it’s one of my favorite things…

  • It’s easy to make iced tea using regular tea bags, and it gives you the option of using higher quality tea. Just boil a half a mug of water, add two tea bags, and let steep for 3-4 minutes before icing down. The goal is to make a small amount of highly concentrated tea that will get watered down as the ice melts. We do this at the fair trade organic coffee shop where I work.

  • Sounds like the perfect drink for fall! I love boba, but I have no idea where to buy them. It makes drinks so fun!

Oddly enough, Jenga used to TERRIFY me as a child. I think the noise. I’m still pretty easily startled!
