Today, our peppermint obsession continues with this yummy hot chocolate! I used Emma's Aztec Hot Chocolate Recipe and omitted the cinnamon and cayenne and added a little peppermint extract! It was delicious. Just garnish with a candy cane… yum!

I destroy my consume less sugar in beverage form resolution every winter with Peppermint Cocoa, too tasty to resist.
I think the ceramic masons are from Fishseddy, or if not they carry something that looks very like those.

That sounds amazing! I love the minty freshness combined with the warm fuzzy feeling hot chocolate gives you (plus, for some bizzare reason the taste of mint makes me firmly believe that I am consuming nutritional goodness)
