Pineapple Citrus Punch

So pretty! Pineapple Citrus Punch (click through for tutorial) Who doesn’t love punch?

Nobody ever?

Great. We’re all on the same page.

So I’m a big party-thrower. I love everything about it from the decorating to the food to the drinks. But more than anything, I just like being around my friends. It’s great to decompress, laugh and have a little girl time – all the good vibes. I love making punches for parties because they are self-serve, super pretty and VERY easy to prepare. It’s almost like cheating! So don’t forget, next time you host a party, throw together a pretty punch bowl or two!

This one is very light and tropical, which I think is great for summer parties. And now, without any further ado, here’s a quick and easy punch recipe:

So pretty! Pineapple Citrus Punch (click through for tutorial) Pineapple Citrus Punch, serves 20 small glasses

5 cups pineapple juice
2 cans Pineapple Mandarin Orange Palm Breeze
2 cans Ruby Red Citrus Palm Breeze
sliced oranges
sliced strawberries
edible flowers

In a punch bowl, combine the pineapple juice and Palm Breeze. By the way, if you’ve never tried Palm Breeze, it’s kind of like a refreshing fruit spritz with just a little kick. Garnish your punch bowl with fruit slices or edible flowers.

  • This punch looks delicious!!

Elsie, I just wanted to let you know that I’ve been following your blog for years and years. I’m so happy to see how much this blog has grown! I admire you and Emma and how hardworking and creative the two of you are. I wish you all the best for the future! Keep doing your thing! 🙂

  • I can’t wait to try this a the next pool party. I’m always in need of freash summer recipes

  • Looks great! I can never have too many fun summer drinks, and this one just made it to the top of my list.

  • That looks actually too pretty to drink! I love adding flowers to drinks or recipes it looks even more delicious and pretty. Plus a good punch is a must for summer!

  • This looks so beautiful with the flowers!

  • It’s best to look for an organic source, but that’s not always possible locally. Bugs I’m not worried about because you can look it over, but pesticides are an issue. Especially if you intend to eat the flowers (a lot of edible flowers are more of a garnish even though you can technically eat them).
    xx- Elsie

  • This punch looks so beautiful! Where do you get your edible flowers from? I know some bakers and caterers that are always hesitant to place live flowers in/on food because of potential bugs or pesticides even though the flower is edible.

  • Looks so beautiful … and I’m sure it taste great as well.
Must try this over the summer

  • I love punch! I am still a sucker for the old school sherbet punch they would serve at every school function but now, with a grown up twist!

  • I’ve never tried but it looks absolutely amazing!

  • Love love love the colours in this. Great party drink. I must try 😉

  • I’ve never had punch. :/

I love how all the alcohol related posts here are from Elsie, because she makes everything look so girly and delicious that I wish I drank!

  • Actually, this punch thing is very American… however, I love the pictures, stunning shooting!

  • Hi friend! 😉

This looks delicious thanks for sharing it! Perfect for summer.

  • For sure! Depending on the number of people sharing it I would say 1 shot for every 1-2 people would be fine (or to taste- I wouldn’t do more than 4-6 shots personally). I would probably use Vodka or Tequila. xx- Elsie

  • I love how this looks with the flowers

  • Stunning colors and sounds delicious! I’m hosting a housewarming party in a few weeks and will totally be adding this to my offerings. Hope to have some flowers from our garden ready by then to add as decoration too! Thank you for the ever innovative ideas!
