You guys! I don’t want to seem dramatic—but I think this is the best cocktail recipe I have ever made! It’s a watermelon slush with mint and lime flavors. You’re gonna love it. New favorite blended cocktail! And with watermelon season at hand, I’m hoping this will be my new weekend tradition with friends.
Watermelon St-Germain Slush, serves one.
2 cups frozen watermelon
2 mint leaves
squeeze of lime
1/4 cup cranberry juice
1 ounce Gin
1 ounce St-Germain
Blend and serve! It’s like a fruit-based slushy with the yummy floral flavor of St-Germain. A new favorite for guests for sure. Even people who don’t like super sweet drinks will like this because it’s so light and fresh!
Cheers to the first days of summer, to sitting on the back porch, to long walks at sunset, and to planning fun times with the people you love. xx. Elsie

Yummy!! This looks so refreshing for these hot summer days www.GlossyFinds.com
We’ve made this three times and loved it each time! The St. Germain really adds something to it, but for our kids (ages 2 & 4), we make it with just watermelon and cranberry juice (1 1/4c & 2/3c, respectively). I don’t know if out-of-season watermelon would be able to handle the “just two” ingredients, but mid-summer watermelons in the middle of the Central Valley (CA) are totally up to the task. Our favorite new drink recipe in a year. Thank you!
I literally just finished a similar “virgin” version of this recipe. It was slightly different. Your recipe sounds AMAZING!
I am literally drinking one of these right now and it is sooooo good! This would also be a fun one to do as a mocktail. But I’m loving the St Germain!
I just made this, and oh my goodness, you weren’t kidding! Deliciousness! and oh-so refreshing. I’m so glad I froze some watermelon last night, anticipating a drink craving today 😉

No, not lame at all! This would still be great without the alcohol. I would maybe add a couple more mint leaves and extra lime to give it a little more flavor (the St-Germain is a big part of the flavor). Hope you enjoy! Congratulations on your pregnancy.

That sounds awesome!
